This is an advanced lesson providing an important tool to help you prevent anxiety in the first place. And that is by learning to set boundaries in your life.

Lesson 10: Acceptance and Commitment

This is an advanced lesson that introduces you the concept of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (or ACT), the commonly used therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating... and of course, anxiety.
