*If you don't own a scale, you've already smashed your scale or you can't smash your current scales for reasons outside your control, you have a few options:

  1. You can post an old pic of your smashed scale.
  2. You can invite a friend and smash a scale with her/him.
  3. You can write an encouraging message and affix it to a scale you see in public (gyms, grocery stores, doctor's offices, etc).
  4. You can decorate a scale, cover it, or otherwise hide it from sight.
